High Acyl Gellan Gum-HG
1. Dairy products: It can be used in dairy products as thickener and stabilizer, the recommended adding dosage is around 0.03-0.04%, and it could also be combined with other hydrocolloids and emulsifying agent.
2.Fruit juice: It can be used in fruit juice as thickener,suspendingagent and stabilizer,the recommended adding dosage is around0.02-0.04%, and it could also be combined with other hydrocolloids.
3.Plant protein drinks: It can be used in plant protein drinks as thickener, suspending agent and stabilizer, the recommended adding dosage is around 0.03-0.06%, and it could also be used in coco milk and coffee milk combined with other hydrocolloids and emulsifying agent.
4.Gelling products: It can be used in semi-fluid and solid food as gelling agent.
5.Other thickening products: It can be used as thickener and suspending agent in the paints, ceramics industry.
Low Acyl Gellan Gum-HG
1. Suspending beverages: It can be used in granular orange drinks, pear juice,etc., the recommended adding dosage is around 0.015-0.025% according to the different suspended particle size.
2. Gelling products: It can be used in jelly,candy, gel particle,etc., and it performs better if combined with other hydrocolloids,the recommended adding dosage is around 0.05-0.1% according to different applications.
3. Water-retaining products: It can be used as water retaining agent in meat products,bread,cakes, etc., and it performs better if combined with other hydrocolloids, the recommended adding dosage is around 0.05-0.1%.
